 Jamaica Deaths and Marriages- there is an update on the wiki saying to mark the death field as blank if it is unreadable rather than using the registration date.  On part C the rules have changed and we would use the registration date if the death date is unreadable.  This could cause some interesting arbitration situations as what is unreadable to one, may not be to another.  We will do the best we can.  The update is going to be removed.
