1940 Census
1- index individuals even if document says they are deceased
2- ignore the numbers in the name fields on the Arizona
3- If no surname is recorded for an individual but there is one recorded in the supplemental info at the bottom of the sheet for that person please capture that name
4-if there is only a code number in the race field mark it blank
5- relationship field says wife#1, etc- drop the numbers
